BIN BUTLERS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By enrolling in or using Bin Butlers services, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Service

Bin Butlers provides residential trash bin valet services, which includes:

• Rolling trash, recycling, and organics bins to the curb prior to collection
• Returning bins to their designated location after collection

Bin Butlers’ responsibility is strictly limited to the movement of bins.

2. Service Limitations

Bin Butlers does not provide any of the following services:

• Picking up loose trash around bins
• Placing trash into bins
• Consolidating trash between bins
• Breaking down boxes or bulk items
• Cleaning or sanitizing bins
• Handling hazardous, oversized, or prohibited materials

Any requests outside of bin movement are not included in service.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

• Ensure bins are accessible and unobstructed on service days
• Provide accurate service information (trash day, bin location, etc.)
• Notify Bin Butlers of any changes to access, scheduling, or bin placement

4. Access Requirements & Service Limitations

Bin Butlers is not responsible for missed service if bins are inaccessible due to, including but not limited to:

• Locked gates or restricted access
• Blocked driveways or vehicles obstructing bins
• Construction, landscaping, or physical obstructions
• Animals or unsafe conditions
• Relocated or hidden bins
• HOA or property restrictions preventing access

If access cannot be safely or reasonably obtained, service will be considered attempted and completed for that cycle.

Service members are not required to return for a second attempt if access was not possible during the scheduled service visit.

5. Service Timing & Collection Variability

Bin Butlers schedules service based on the Customer’s designated trash collection day. However, actual pickup times may vary.

If a service member arrives and bins have not yet been collected, Bin Butlers may, at its sole discretion:

• Remove the contents of the bin,
• Bag the contents, and
• Transport and dispose of the waste off-site.

This action is not guaranteed and is performed only when feasible.

6. Service Notification Requirement & Unnecessary Dispatch Fee

If bins have already been rolled out or brought in by the Customer (or another party), the Customer must notify Bin Butlers prior to the scheduled service visit.

Failure to notify results in unnecessary dispatch.

This policy also applies if bins are not full or do not require service and a scheduled visit is unnecessary. Customers must notify Bin Butlers in advance if service is not needed to avoid an unnecessary dispatch.

• First occurrence: Courtesy Warning
• Subsequent occurrences: $15 Unnecessary Dispatch Fee

This fee compensates for time, labor, and travel associated with avoidable service attempts.

7. Pricing Policy

Bin Butlers maintains a strict no-haggle pricing policy.

• All service rates are fixed and non-negotiable
• Pricing is applied consistently across all customers
• Discounts or promotions, if offered, are applied at Bin Butlers’ sole discretion

8. Free Trial Terms

Bin Butlers may offer a free 2-week trial to new customers.

• No payment information is required to begin the trial
• The trial includes full service for the duration of the 2-week period
• The trial is offered as a one-time promotional service

Service will automatically conclude at the end of the trial period unless the Customer elects to continue.

9. Post-Trial Continuation

At the conclusion of the trial:

• Bin Butlers will contact the Customer to confirm whether they wish to continue service
• If the Customer chooses to continue, a payment link will be provided to enroll in a paid subscription

Service will not continue beyond the trial period without confirmed enrollment and payment.

Bin Butlers is under no obligation to continue service without payment.

10. Billing & Payment Terms

• All paid services are billed monthly in advance
• Service begins upon successful payment and enrollment
• No service will be provided without an active paid subscription

Failure to complete payment will result in:

• No continuation of service
• Removal from the service route

11. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel service at any time
• Cancellation must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle
• Charges for an active billing period are non-refundable

Service will continue through the end of the paid billing period.

12. Service Performance Disclaimer

Bin Butlers is not responsible for:

• Missed or delayed trash collection by the city or waste provider
• Overflowing bins due to capacity issues
• Improperly sorted waste or contamination notices
• External factors beyond reasonable control

13. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Bin Butlers reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to:

• Aggressive animals
• Hazardous materials
• Dangerous property conditions
• Repeated access issues

14. Agreement

By using Bin Butlers services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
